“No matter what age, every person has a deep desire to be loved and to belong. We thrive when we feel valued and appreciated. And most importantly, we all need someone who truly sees us for who we are.”
-Tracy Aronlee, LCSW, Owner
I imagine you’ve found your way here because something in your life feels off—or is causing distress for you or your loved ones. I want you to know that you’re not alone. Chances are, you’ve already been working hard to find solutions. Acknowledging that you need support and reaching out are powerful first steps on your path toward healing and well-being. I would be honored to support you as you explore your journey toward a more peaceful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate interpersonal challenges, relationships, and the often complex dynamics within families. I specialize in working with family systems across all ages—because it’s never too late to work through challenges and create meaningful change. I also have extensive experience supporting children, teenagers, and young adults as they navigate the transition into adulthood.
In addition, I focus on helping individuals process both “big T” trauma—such as the loss of a loved one, natural disasters, violence, abuse, or serious accidents—and “little t” trauma, which may not involve major events, but can still have a profound impact on a person’s life.
Let’s take the first step on your healing journey together.

How I Can Support You
-

Adults
Many people come to therapy carrying the impact of trauma — painful experiences that leave parts of us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. In our work together, we will explore both big “T” trauma (major events normally seen as traumatic such as death of a loved one, natural disasters, violence, abuse or serious accidents) and little “t” trauma (events that don’t involve violence or disaster, but cause significant distress in one’slife) and how these events have impacted your life.
As an IFS-trained therapist, I recognize that we all have different “parts” within us — some that protect, some that hold pain, and all of them trying their best to help us navigate life. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space to get to know your inner world with curiosity and compassion.

Kids and Teens
Children and teens often carry emotional pain in ways that aren’t always easy to see. Whether it’s the impact of trauma, anxiety, big life changes, or struggles with identity and relationships, therapy can offer a space for healing and support. In our work together, we use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help young people better understand their emotions and the different “parts” of themselves that show up in response to stress, fear, or past experiences.
The goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where your child feels seen and supported, and where meaningful change can happen at a pace that feels right for them — and for your family.

Couples
Couples at any stage of their relationship — whether dating, engaged, married, or co-parenting — deserve to have the connection and partnership they truly desire. We understand that healthy, safe relationships are essential to our well-being, and we commend you for being motivated to invest in your relationship, whether you're looking to strengthen it or heal from challenges.
Using the Internal Family Systems- Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS-IFIO) model, I help couples explore the different “parts” of themselves that show up in their relationship — from past wounds to protective patterns that may be getting in the way. Together, we’ll work on strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper understanding and empathy. Through this process, you can rebuild trust, improve emotional connection, and create the kind of relationship you both deserve.

Families
Family relationships can be some of the most rewarding — and also the most challenging. When the family system isn’t functioning well, it often takes a thoughtful, specialized approach to uncover the root of the conflict and begin to heal. In family therapy, our therapist will work alongside you and your family members to identify the patterns, pain, and protective dynamics that may be driving disconnection.
Through the lens of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I support each family member in exploring the “parts” of themselves that show up in conflict — often shaped by past experiences or unmet needs. Whether we meet with the whole family or only those most impacted, the goal remains the same: to create meaningful reconnection, improve communication, and build lasting relationship resilience for the future.
“Healing doesn’t mean the trauma never existed. It means the damage no longer controls your life.” - Akshay Dubey
