Compassionate Therapy Services

for Adults, Kids, Teens, Couples & Families

The Heart Behind the Work:

I imagine you found your way here because something in your life feels off — maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or noticing patterns that are hard to shift. Perhaps your child or teen is struggling, or you're navigating difficult family dynamics or relationship stress. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you're not alone.

Chances are, you’ve already been working hard to manage things on your own — and I deeply respect the strength it takes to acknowledge you need support. Reaching out is often the first courageous step toward healing and growth, and I am honored to walk alongside you.

My practice is grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Woven together, these therapies create a compassionate and evidence-based approach that helps people explore and heal the many “parts” of themselves — including those carrying pain, those that protect, and those longing for connection and peace. I believe that when we bring curiosity and care to all parts of ourselves, real healing becomes possible.

I specialize in working with trauma in all its forms — from big “T” events like loss, abuse, or accidents, to the quieter, cumulative experiences—little “t” trauma that can leave lasting emotional imprints. Through a trauma-informed, IFS-guided lens, I work gently and collaboratively to help you or your loved ones move from survival to thriving.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating interpersonal and relational challenges, as well as complex family dynamics — no matter your age or life stage. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child or teen, a young adult transitioning into independence, or an adult working through old wounds with your family of origin, I am here to help.
