Compassionate Therapy Services
for Adults, Kids, Teens, Couples & Families
The Heart Behind the Work:
I imagine you found your way here because something in your life feels off — maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or noticing patterns that are hard to shift. Perhaps your child or teen is struggling, or you're navigating difficult family dynamics or relationship stress. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you're not alone.
Chances are, you’ve already been working hard to manage things on your own — and I deeply respect the strength it takes to acknowledge you need support. Reaching out is often the first courageous step toward healing and growth, and I am honored to walk alongside you.
My practice is grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Woven together, these therapies create a compassionate and evidence-based approach that helps people explore and heal the many “parts” of themselves — including those carrying pain, those that protect, and those longing for connection and peace. I believe that when we bring curiosity and care to all parts of ourselves, real healing becomes possible.
I specialize in working with trauma in all its forms — from big “T” events like loss, abuse, or accidents, to the quieter, cumulative experiences—little “t” trauma that can leave lasting emotional imprints. Through a trauma-informed, IFS-guided lens, I work gently and collaboratively to help you or your loved ones move from survival to thriving.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating interpersonal and relational challenges, as well as complex family dynamics — no matter your age or life stage. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child or teen, a young adult transitioning into independence, or an adult working through old wounds with your family of origin, I am here to help.

“The most healing part of therapy isn’t just the tools or techniques—it’s the trusting, compassionate connection between you and your therapist that makes real growth possible.”

Founder
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m the founder of ReWoven and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families.
I started ReWoven after falling deeply in love with the healing powers the IFS model in 2018 and witnessing its power firsthand, both in my own life and in the lives of the clients I support. Throughout my journey as a therapist, I also found and became trained in EMDR. I find if woven together, both therapy modalities can create a space for clients to heal from trauma, deepen their self-understanding, and build stronger, more meaningful relationships. My goal is to help guide you to creating a system of internal trust that can transform the way you experience the world.
With over 20 years of experience, I have “seen it all!” I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, supporting children, teens, and adults across the lifespan, and with many diagnoses from anxiety and depression to gender dysphoria, ADHD, OCD, and trauma. I am part of the postpartum health alliance and enjoy working with parents as they navigate the many challenges that parenting brings. I welcome clients of all ages and identities.
I also believe that the connection you feel with your therapist is key and take time to talk to each new client before your intake appointment to make sure it feels like a good fit for you. Most importantly, remember you don’t have to navigate the challenges of life and your inner struggles alone. I are here to support you on the path to greater harmony and resilience.
Beyond my clinical work, I am a mom to two incredible girls (and one very lovable puppy). Being a mom grounds me and deeply informs the compassion, understanding, and real-life perspective I bring into my work with clients.
Dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships, work through challenges, and create more peace and joy in their lives.
