ReWoven is located in person at the joining point of North County San Diego, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, and Carmel Mountain, and virtually throughout California. I’d love to meet you, so please feel free to set up a time today!
“No matter what age, every person has a deep desire to be loved and to belong. We thrive when we feel valued and appreciated. And most importantly, we all need someone who truly sees us for who we are.”
-Tracy Aronlee, LCSW, Owner
If you’ve found your way here, I imagine you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or noticing that something in your life or relationships just doesn’t feel quite right. I want you to know—you’re not alone. Finding the right therapist can be a process (I know!), and reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. The fact that you’re here tells me you’ve already been putting in the effort to care for yourself or your loved ones. I believe seeking professional mental health support is a meaningful and courageous step toward healing, growth, and greater well-being, and I am truly honored to walk alongside you as you move toward a more peaceful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative space between provider and client, and I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I offer individual therapy, family therapy, and relationship counseling to support clients as they navigate interpersonal challenges and the often complex dynamics within families. Through a family systems approach, I help individuals of all ages build stronger connections, improve communication, and create lasting, meaningful change.
I also strongly believe in evidence-based trauma therapies and have trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches can gently support the healing of both “big T” trauma—such as grief and loss, abuse, violence, natural disasters, or serious accidents—and “little t” trauma, including the quieter, often overlooked experiences that can still deeply affect how we feel, relate, and move through the world.
Whatever brings you here—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or a desire for personal growth—you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am here for you.

Support for Every Stage of Life

Adult Therapy
Many people come to therapy carrying the impact of trauma — painful experiences that leave parts of us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. In our work together, we will explore both big “T” trauma (major events normally seen as traumatic such as death of a loved one, natural disasters, violence, abuse or serious accidents) and little “t” trauma (events that don’t involve violence or disaster, but cause significant distress in one’slife) and how these events have impacted your life.
As an IFS-trained therapist, I recognize that we all have different “parts” within us — some that protect, some that hold pain, and all of them trying their best to help us navigate life. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space to get to know your inner world with curiosity and compassion.

Child and Teen Therapy
Children and teens often carry emotional pain in ways that aren’t always easy to see and deserve their own type of therapy unique to just them. Whether it’s the impact of trauma, anxiety, big life changes, or struggles with identity and relationships, therapy can offer a space for healing and support. In my work with kids and teens, we use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) alongside other therapy modalities such as play and art to help young people better understand their emotions and the different “parts” of themselves that show up in response to stress, fear, or past experiences.
My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where your child feels seen and supported, and where meaningful change can happen at a pace that feels right for them — and for your family.

Couples Therapy
Couples at any stage of their relationship — whether dating, engaged, married, or co-parenting — deserve to have the connection and partnership they truly desire. Healthy, safe relationships are essential to our well-being, and I commend you for being motivated to invest in your relationship, whether you're looking to strengthen it or heal from challenges.
Using the Internal Family Systems- Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS-IFIO) model and the Gottman Method, I help couples explore the different “parts” of themselves that show up in their relationship — from past wounds to protective patterns that may be getting in the way. Together, we’ll work on strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper understanding and empathy. Through this process, you can rebuild trust, improve emotional connection, and create the kind of relationship you both deserve.

Family Therapy
Family relationships can be some of the most rewarding — and also the most challenging. When the family system isn’t functioning well, it often takes a thoughtful, specialized approach to uncover the root of the conflict and begin to heal. In family therapy, I will work alongside you and your family members to identify the patterns, pain, and protective dynamics that may be driving disconnection.
Through the lens of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I support each family member in exploring the “parts” of themselves that show up in conflict — often shaped by past experiences or unmet needs. Whether I meet with the whole family or only those most impacted, the goal remains the same: to create meaningful reconnection, improve communication, and build lasting relationship resilience for the future.
“Healing doesn’t mean the trauma never existed. It means the damage no longer controls your life.” - Akshay Dubey
